Send us a photo of the issue and our customer services team will handle it from there and send it to the fixers.For anything urgent such as animal control, noise, spills or utilities please phone on 0800 653 800 any time, any day.
If it’s not urgent, tap the app to tell us about it.
So we get a really good idea of what’s needed, please provide all the details in the Details section.
We respond to requests during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm) only.
